About RavellaStays
I founded RavellaStays after seeing how exhausted landlords had become with traditional tenancies — especially following the Section 21 changes, which left many owners deeply uncertain about the safety of their property and the risk they were now exposed to.
Being unable to serve Section 21 notices and carry out evictions leaves landlords in a genuinely tricky position. At RavellaStays we provide short-term let services that work around that change, giving landlords back their flexibility and their peace of mind.
The service is built on direct short-term let and management training, so every process here — from guest vetting and dynamic pricing to compliance and monthly reporting — follows how a professional short-let should actually be run, from day one.
